Passport/Visa
At the time of booking we endeavour to advise your passport and visa requirements. Please be aware these are subject to change. We will try to advise any changes prior to departure however this will not always be possible and we accept no liability for amendments.
Many Countries now require additional information prior to travel, known as (APIS).
This requires passport number, expiry, place of issue, country of issue, address on arrival etc. Please ensure we have this information by completing your profile via our website.
For travel to the United States of America please apply online for your ESTA at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov .
Please note you may not enter the USA if your passport is not machine readable-all travellers must have individual passports. We recommend your passport is valid for at least 6months beyond your intended stay.
Electronic Tickets ( e tickets)
If you are travelling with an e ticket please print a copy of your e ticket receipt. This will be required by check in and immigration.
Overseas Duty of Care.
We recommend that all travellers check with the Foriegn and Commonwealth Office regarding travel advice by country. You can access this via our links on the main page.
Health
We recommend you check with your G.P. for the latest health information.
Insurance
Please ensure you take adequate travel insurance to cover your trip.
Car Hire
Please ensure you take out adequate insurance cover and that you carry all relevant driving licence documents. A form of guarantee will be required at time of rental. ie credit card.
