In my opinion, few travel agents would have gone over and above the call of duty as Bagshot Travel have, dealing with so many cancellations on a Saturday night to the detriment of their own plans and going in to the office on a Sunday.

I just wanted to give the guys at Bagshot a pat on the back for the way they handled the flight disruptions.
I got a call from the Bagshot team informing me as the cancellation was announced. It was about 10.30 on Saturday night when they rang with the news as well as a couple of alternative flights. I made my choice and all was well from that point on. Very professional.
It is with delight that I share with you the excellent service and support received from Bagshot when I was scheduled to travel to Dusseldorf during the adverse weather conditions.
The manner in which the team at Bagshot dealt with the situation was professional and friendly at all times, which left me with confidence that I will travel and arrive in Dusseldorf as expected.
